A. Send us 1 or 2 good quality photos with a description of the scene you would like.
Please include your artwork fee of £40.

Q Can I email my photographs to The Caricature Card Company?
A. Yes, most of our orders are taken by email.

Q. I don't know what kind of scene I want, can you help?
A. Yes, we can give you some ideas to help with the finished illustration.
We can also draw your church, wedding venue or honeymoon destination.

Q. Is the artwork fee a separate cost?
A. Yes, it takes a several hours to create your artwork, each one is drawn by hand then digitally coloured to give
the best reproduction quality.
Our portraits are better than most and cheaper than those who can rival our quality.
The cost includes all proofs and you get a signed portrait to keep as a memento of your big day.

Q.How long does it take?
A. We recommend you give us approximately 4-6 weeks to create your order. Each order is different and created
by hand so it does take time.

Q. If I don't like my proof what happens then?
A. We keep drawing until you are happy. There is no limit to the amount of proofs we will create, we simply keep
working till you are happy. No printing is done until you give us the go ahead.

Q. Do you supply samples?
A. Yes, we can send you a Free Sample Pack with a price list and information.
You can email us your address and we will send one to you.

Q. How can we contact you?
A.The best way to contact us is by email. We do not have a large work force and are constantly busy designing and
printing. Emailing means we can contact you as soon as we can and have a written record of your enquiry.
We normally answer emails within the hour.

Q. Can we order extra invites if we need them later?
A. Yes, we keep all your details on record, just let us know how many more you need, there is no minimum quantity.

Q. Do you supply other stationery products?
A. Yes, we supply a whole range of wedding and party accessories. If you have an idea for an item or design, let us know
we may be able to help you.

Q. Can we choose our own text for the card inserts?
A. Yes, you can have any text you like, simply email or post it to us.

Q. What about font styles?
A. We have hundreds, you can even send us the font file for PC and we will use it to create the text you want.
We will let you see the insert set up before printing.

Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. By courier on a next day delivery service in the UK.

Q. Do you supply outside the UK?
A. Yes we supply to any country, delivery depends on your location.
